PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and protection of privacy in the field of electronic communications, Asociatia Club Sportiv Super Sports Club has the obligation to manage safely and only for the specified purposes the personal data you provide us about you, a member of your family or another person.
Asociatia Club Sportiv Super Sports Club uses personal data collected for the following purposes:
- Issue invoices related to Buyers’ orders;
- Provide information regarding the Buyers’ account status, as well as information on the evolution and status of the orders placed;
- Send Buyers newsletters and/or other periodic alerts via e-mail with information about products, promotions and other materials of interest;
- Find out the Buyer’s opinion about the Products sold by the Seller.
If the Buyer wants to unsubscribe from the newsletter of Asociatia Club Sportiv Super Sports Club and no longer receive messages, they can do so at any time by clicking on the unsubscribing link that exists in each newsletter.
Pursuant to Law no. 677/2001, the Buyer has the right to access, to change the data, the right not to be subjected to an individual decision and the right to go to court. Moreover, the Buyer has the right to object to the processing of their personal data and request cancellation thereof.
